Dear Catpurrccinos Family,
We are reaching out with an urgent and heartbreaking situation happening right here in Hicksville, Long Island. A kind, devoted man recently lost his housing and has been living in his SUV for over a month with his beloved 18 cats. Despite unimaginable circumstances, he has refused to abandon them—even when others suggested he do so—and no shelter has been able to take them in. This situation is especially heartbreaking knowing that he is facing the holidays living in his car, as the nights grow colder and darker, doing everything he can to keep his cats safe.
We are praying for a Christmas miracle and urgently need 9 foster homes, each willing to take in two bonded cats (ages 3–11). All medical care, food, and supplies will be fully provided. As space allows, the cats will transition into Catpurrccinos for adoption under our strict adoption protocol. So many of you have helped us when we needed it most—now it’s our turn to give back. If you have extra love to spare, please consider fostering.
